We are a not-for-profit, registered, charitable organization that is run by a volunteer board of directors. Our board has always reflected a range of people, skills, and talents – all passionate about the commitment they give to our organization to enable adults to improve their literacy and basic skills.

Interested in joining our Board?

We'd love to have you! We meet the second Monday of each month except for July and August. The usual monthly time commitment is 2 – 4 hours.

We have an Executive Director to manage the day-to-day operations, a Program Coordinator to assist learners and tutors, and teachers who deliver programming.
